New Xbox Games

New xbox games are geared towards first person shooter crowd. I own the wii now but it’s simply not my kind of console.

Plus the graphics are not that engrossing and good. It has some values – the possibility to swing a light sable or a sword, but i think nintendos big problem is going to be that due to lack of power, any game that would be great on the wii for gamers like myself, would be severly underpowered.

Will sony manage to turn the ship around and break even in the end? who knows – it’s going to be a question if they manage to win the format war and release games that a lot of different people like.

But unfortunately (or good for me) most of their games coming out cater to hard core gamers and first person shooter lovers; not kids, grandma and causal gamers such as the wii is aiming for.

New xbox games are targeting a sinking ship. With good bc, developers working on xbox titles see a larger userbase instead of a sinking ship, and will make better games for those who do not yet have a 360.

Think about all those people out there who do not yet have a 360 that love their xbox. They want a 360, but can’t find one or afford one. Sony understands this far better, and that’s why bc was so important for them when the ps2 came out.

I wonder if the 360-less xbox community will ever figure out they’re getting screwed because of the shoddy bc and ms’s tactic to force everyone into buying a 360 by starving their userbase of new games.
