How fast the Nintendo Wii has become a favorite in so many homes. Any supermarket you enter, you will see the advertising as large as life. Here is a system that encompasses a number of Wii video games. But, the games aren’t competitive when it comes to rates and some can only be played once. There are some though, that are on sale with huge discounts during the X’mas season. They might not be very new but they are truly a pleasure to play.

1. Rayman: Raving Rabbids brought out the Wii, has a lot of funny characters and great games that everybody in the family loves and comes at a price of $18.  It’s loads of fun although the fact that the graphics could be said to be inadequate.

2. de Blob is a game from the past year and conceptually, it is excellent even though it is somewhat offbeat. In this, you don’t shoot but you have to advance by solving puzzles which in turn paint the landscape in front as you move on. Of course, it is filled with action with the INKT evil goons but a lot of it is just painting Chroma city. It’s a nice deal for $18.

3. No More Heroes is a fun game too and it could be classified as a derivative game. The key character is Travis Touchdown which the player plays as a mercenary and he is given a weapon which is light. He battles his enemies, gets rid of them and has to move up to the top slot of mercenaries. It costs $20 and the whole game is loads of fun.

Numerous games for the Wii are available at the moment and you can lay your hands on some good cheap wii games for under $50. So if you want some excitement out of your Wii, you know where to go. And you can have a rest from your Wii Sports.
